During the severe floods that affected many areas of Punjab in 2026, the team of 5 Rivers Heart Association stepped forward to provide urgent humanitarian and medical support to affected communities.

Our volunteer doctors and team members reached flooded villages using boats to ensure that medical assistance could reach even the most remote and water-logged areas. Through this initiative, we conducted door-to-door medical visits, providing free health checkups, first aid, and essential medicines to families who were unable to access healthcare during the disaster.

In addition to medical relief, our organization also supported local farmers whose agricultural lands were damaged due to flooding. After the water levels receded, our volunteers helped restore and level several affected fields so that farmers could resume cultivation and rebuild their livelihoods.

This flood relief effort reflects our organization’s commitment to humanitarian service, community resilience, and standing with people during times of crisis.
