The One Big Beautiful Bill Act (signed July 4, 2025) includes changes to Medicaid that will affect some adults starting in 2027. These include work or community-engagement requirements (generally 80 hours per month of work, school, training, or volunteering for certain adults ages 19–64) and other eligibility updates.
